All forms listed above must be submitted prior to start date. All fees will be invoiced through the family’s Procare account ledger at the time of registration and will be manually charged. These include the non-refundable registration fee of $150/child and the key fob fee ($10/fob). If damaged or lost, an additional key fob fee will be required to issue a new one.
If the position is available at the time of submission, River Valley Montessori & Child Care will reserve the opening for your child/children once the fees have been paid and the necessary forms have been submitted. If there is a change to your child’s planned start date, you must inform the center at least 30 days in advance. A delay of more than two weeks from the original start date will result in immediate forfeiture of the position and hold. Tuition is charged at the rate that is current upon start date, this may differ from the time of registration submission. All fees are nonu0002refundable.
*Families enrolled through CCAP are responsible for paying the difference between the current center tuition rates and the county max rates along with the family copay. Discounts do not apply. Authorization must be received in advance.
