This week in Childrens House 1 we enjoyed learning about plants.
On Monday we talked about all types of plants. Our friends learned about the part’s of a plant and how to clean plants in our classroom.
On Tuesday we where talking about parts of flower and our friends created a beautiful flower collage.
On Wednesday we continue talking about plants but this time we focused on fruit and vegetables. Our preschoolers also took a look at the 3 parts cards with vegetables and matched the pictures.
On Thursday we read “ Chicka Chicka Boom Boom” and painted plates to create a coconut tree. We also learned about the life cycle of a coconut tree and explored a real coconut.
On Friday we were practicing our fine motor and sensorial skills by painting a flower with cotton balls.
