This week in Childrens House 1 we enjoyed celebrating Montessori Education Week! Our friends learned all about the amazing educator Maria Montessori and enjoyed reading books about her life work. Our children thought of why they love Montessori and talked about our favorite works in our classroom. Throughout the week our preschoolers were introduced to a traditional Montessori material each day. We finished the week with a group presentation on the pink tower! Our preschoolers decorated our hallway with pictures and testimonials about our love for Montessori. We love our Montessori education and had so much fun celebrating it and learning more!
