This week in Toddler 2 we learned all about spring. We are very fortunate this week the weather was beautiful and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the sun and dry playground. We welcomed our new friend Parker and we love having her in our room!
During our group time we talked about umbrellas, butterflies, rainbows, and bunnies. We read lots of books about spring and how we see lots of small (baby) animals this time of the year. Our current favorite jam is a song called Hop Little Bunnies. We are becoming really good at recognizing our colors, counting to ten, and using our basic sign language every day. We are also really taking ownership of our classroom and cleaning up independently after ourselves. One of our favorite activities is to help put our cots away after nap.
