This week in the Toddler 1 classroom we learned all about the USA and the 4th of July! We made fireworks and hangers with Stars and Stripes on them. We practiced counting the numbers 1-10, and we are recognizing more of our colors! We read books and sang some songs about animals, numbers and colors, parts of body, toys, and instruments.
We also had 2 children from the infant room start their transition! We learned about being nice and gentle to our smaller friends. We had a fun week playing outside with a lot of toys and games. We also practiced Montessori works and explored with playdough, magnets, & different kinds of blocks. Next week we will have more fun with water day on Wednesday. Have a wonderful weekend!
