This week we worked with different kinds of leaves to make art! We painted leaves, did fall leaf action art, made fall leaf wreaths, & fingerprint fall trees.
We did activities using leaves that included hunting leaves & matching leaves. We sang some songs with a leaf prop in hand and asked about its color and counted how many red, orange, brown, & green leaves we had. This week we talked about parts of the body and practiced the names of our body parts! We continued talking about opposite words “big and small”, the letter B and it’s sound, the number 2, the square, and the color red.
We explored more about table manners such as please and thank you. We are learning to take care of dishes in the classroom and we are practicing setting the table ourselves!
