Toddler 2/3

Hello Toddler  Families!
This week was about Dr. Seuss and our love of reading! On Monday we had a fun day reading a lot of books in our classroom, and we made our own picture books using stamps. On Tuesday we read One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish. We made an aquarium full of bubbles and colored our own fish. We also practiced counting by using goldfish crackers! Wednesday we made our own Truffula trees to put in our classroom windows. We had a dance party to some Dr. Seuss songs too! On Thursday we designed our own socks and read the book Fox In Socks. On Friday we read Apples On Top. We took red and green blocks and counted how many we could stack up to make tall towers! We also painted our own elephants for Horton Hears a Who! Next week we are learning all about reptiles and amphibians and have a lot of fun things planned! Please remember to keep sending appropriate attire for our outside time as Minnesota weather can change quickly! Have a great weekend and enjoy the weather!
