Toddler 1/2

Hello Toddler Families,
This week we are learning all about our feelings and emotions! On Monday we talked about feeling happy and named all the different things that made us feel happy! We also used the colors of the rainbow to make a class rainbow. We had fun mixing all of the colors. On Tuesday we read Pout Pout fish and painted our own versions of him! We also talked about feeling sad and what to do if you are feeling down! On Wednesday we talked about feeling silly and got to play with bubbles in the sensory table! We also danced to silly songs and made super silly faces. On Thursday we talked about feeling mad and what words we can use when we have those big feelings. We made feelings monsters for art and read the book Llama Llama Mad At Mama. On Friday we talked about feeling excited, everyone was excited for the weekend! We made silly face art and talked about things that make us excited. We read The Feelings book a lot this week which talks about all the feelings we learned about and a few more. Enjoy the weekend, it was so fun to get to be outside this week!
