This week in infant one our little turkeys were able to learn all about kindness and being thankful! Our themed books for this week were “ABC’s of Kindness” and “The Thankful Book”. Our letter tray this week was the letter F! Our f named items included: fish, fire truck, farm, and fries! We also continued to review about triangles and triangular prisms. We moved our bodies in and out of large-taped triangles, lined up triangular prisms from smallest to largest, and worked hard on our single shape triangle puzzle. We also introduced a new practical life work, a hat and mittens! This goes in theme of winter coming and great fine motor work and communication to put the items on. Our infants loved the turkey themed sensory bags this week as well! The bags were filled with different amounts of the following materials: shaving cream, paint, feathers, and googly eyes. This was done to “challenge” our babies to find the items in the bags! We ended the week taking adorable pictures of our little turkeys!
